FIRST BUS SERVICE REPORT FORM
I recently met with senior representatives from First Bus, including their Operations Director, to raise constituents' concerns about the quality of the Number 28 and 25 bus services.
Following my continued pressure in the constituency and in Parliament, I am pleased to announce that I have secured a number of commitments from First Bus, all aimed at improving service reliability.
But now it's time to hold First Bus to account for improving their services. I will be reporting back to First Bus every three months, giving me the opportunity to highlight recurring issues affecting constituents.
